Vinification: Harvested by hand. This wine was fermented and aged on lees in Belgian oak barrels.
Tasting notes A Burgundian aroma of tropical and citrus fruits with a woody note nicely interwoven in the wine. A rich, highly complex bouquet and very mineral.
Food paring : Gastronomic wine with broad applicability. Pairs well with sauce for fish, lobster, white meat or poultry.
