TASTING NOTES: A summery rosé with a wide range of fruity aromas on the nose and palate, such as raspberry, blackberry, cherry, and wild strawberry.
GASTRONOMY: Light and fresh dishes such as burrata, summer salads, grilled vegetables, and delicate fish or poultry preparations.
VINIFICATION: Rosé wine made from 100% Gamay grapes and containing 12% alcohol.
TASTING: A summery rosé with fruity aromas (raspberry, cherry) on the nose and palate.
GASTRONOMY: Ideal as an aperitif, on a summer terrace, and paired with dishes such as salad and grilled fish
