Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea

Sunday, May 10 – 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Celebrate Mother’s Day with us during the very first edition of our Afternoon Tea.
Enjoy a delicious selection of freshly prepared sandwiches, warm scones with cream and jam, and an assortment of delightful pastries.

This first edition will be hosted by tea sommelier Carol Bailleul, author of the book “Afternoon Tea or High Tea?”. Carol will share her knowledge of British afternoon tea traditions, ensuring that every bite and every cup of tea is presented perfectly.

Savory snacks:

• Mini sandwiches with cucumber and fresh butter
• Egg salad with watercress on soft bread
• Smoked salmon with dill and lemon on light toasted bread

Scones:

Traditional British scones, baked light and airy, served with clotted cream and homemade jam.

Cakes:

• Victoria Sponge Cake
• Carrot cake

During each course of the Afternoon Tea, you can enjoy a matching glass of wine or a carefully selected tea, ensuring every flavor experience is perfectly highlighted.
