TASTING NOTES: Pure grape expression with a fruity aroma of primarily black fruits: cherry and wild blackberry. Subtle texture of ripe and soft tannins on the palate. Supple finish with a mouth-filling, long length.
GASTRONOMY: Perfect with refined meat dishes, feathered game (pheasant, partridge, …), and cheese.
