TASTING: A firmly structured, full-bodied Merlot.
Aromas of blackberry jam, plums, red fruit, liquorice, cloves, pepper, and red bell pepper.
GASTRONOMY: Perfect with hearty meat dishes, feathered game (pheasant, partridge, …), BBQ, pasta, and cheese.

VINIFICATION: Red wine made from 100% Merlot. Harvest year 2022 and contains 12% alcohol.
TASTING NOTES: Pure grape expression with a fruity aroma, primarily of red fruits such as raspberry and plum. Subtle texture of ripe and soft tannins on the tongue. Smooth finish with a long, mouth-filling length.
GASTRONOMY: Perfect with hearty meat dishes, game birds (pheasant, partridge, etc.), BBQ, pasta, and cheese.
