Réserve N° 1 – Après

A Vin Doux Naturel is a sweet wine where a small portion of the natural grape sugars is preserved during fermentation. This is achieved by stopping the fermentation early through the addition of wine alcohol (mutage), allowing the wine to retain its natural sweetness and fruitiness.
The result is an elegant dessert wine with a rich aroma, smooth sweetness, and a refined balance between power and freshness.
Well-known examples include Port and Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise.

RÉSERVE, in its original sense: set aside. A conscious choice in selection, timing, and assemblage.

APRÈS is a Vin Doux Naturel made from Gamay, 2024 vintage.

This sweet wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, which provides its depth and refined structure. Aromas of ripe red fruits and violets, with subtle notes of vanilla and toasted nuts.
