Eau De Vie Pinot Auxerrois

Our hand-crafted Eau de Vie is a pleasure for the senses.

Made from the best Pinot Auxerrois grapes of our own Belgian vineyard.

We distill the skins, pulp and seeds of grapes after they have been softly pressed for wine.

Distillation is discontinuous with head and tail cutting in an alembic.

After distillation, the Eaux de Vie are aged in oak barrels.

The micro-oxygenation, what we find when using barrels, enriches the Eau de Vie’s elegance, softness and full-bodiedness.
