TASTING NOTES: A lively and fruity palate of predominantly raspberry and wild strawberries, complemented by notes of cherry and violets.

FOOD PAIRING: A gastronomic sparkling wine, perfect with shrimp and seafood, sushi, burrata and summer salads, charcuterie and fine appetizers.
